Scope

本文件规定了金属磁记忆(MMM)技术的无损检测(NDT)的术语和定义，以及应用该方法的总体技术要求。本文件规定的无损检测技术有以下目的：--确定铁磁物体磁力学状态的非均质性，检测缺陷引起的应力集中程度和金属微观结构不均匀性边界；--确定具有表面磁场畸变的位置，以便进一步进行微观结构分析和/或无损检测和评价；--被检对象的早期损伤诊断，评价其结构寿命；--通过磁性异质性对新的和已使用的检验对象进行快速分类，以进行进一步的检测；--磁记忆与其他无损检测方法或技术(超声波检测、X射线检测等)相结合可快速检测出最有可能是缺陷的位置，从而提高无损检测效率；--用于各类焊接接头的质量控制及其实施(包括摩擦焊和点焊)。具体应用见ISO 244972。
