Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the operation and maintenance of rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities, sewage collection and transportation facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, smart management, water quality testing, safety and emergency management, etc. This document is applicable to rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities with a design capacity of no more than 500 m3/d and located outside the built-up areas of towns.
