Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of safety management evaluation for special equipment, general provisions, evaluation requirements, evaluation items, sampling provisions, evaluation methods, and evaluation grading. This standard applies to the evaluation of the safe use management status of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, lifting machinery, elevators, and special motor vehicles used within sites (factories) by relevant departments and institutions, and also applies to the self-evaluation of the safe use management status of the aforementioned special equipment by the users.
