Scope

1.0.1 This standard is formulated to regulate the construction of deep-stirred and milled cement-soil impermeable walls in hydropower and water conservancy projects and ensure the quality of the projects. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 Before the construction of deep-stirred and milled cement-soil impermeable walls, a construction plan shall be formulated based on comprehensive factors such as the engineering geology and hydrogeology, the characteristics of the project, the performance of the materials, and the construction conditions. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this standard, the construction of deep-stirred and milled cement-soil impermeable walls shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
