Scope
1.0.1 In order to standardize the construction measurement of hydropower and water conservancy projects and meet the needs of their construction, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the construction measurement of large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 This standard uses mean error or tolerance as the standard to measure the accuracy of construction measurement, with twice the mean error as the tolerance. 1.0.4 The instruments and measuring tools used in construction measurement shall be regularly sent to professional institutions with metrological testing qualifications for verification and used within their verification validity period. Instruments and measuring tools that require calibration before or after measurement shall be self-inspected in accordance with relevant regulations. Strengthen maintenance and regular repairs. 1.0.5 Measurement units shall establish and improve a quality assurance system and carry out measurement operations in accordance with the requirements of the system documents. 1.0.6 Criteria that construction measurement personnel should abide by: 1. Comply with relevant national laws and regulations on surveying and mapping. 2. Before starting construction measurement work, they shall familiarize themselves with the design drawings, understand the technical requirements for measurement specified in relevant norms, standards, and contract documents, select operation methods, and formulate measurement implementation plans. 3. The measurement results shall be checked, verified, organized, numbered, classified, archived, and properly preserved, and comply with the relevant regulations on the confidentiality of surveying and mapping results. 4. During on-site operations, they shall abide by safety operating procedures, pay attention to personal and instrument safety, and not engage in unauthorized operations. 5.
