Scope

This part of YY 0271 specifies the technical requirements and test methods for dental powder/liquid acid-base water-based sealants used for permanent bonding, base preparation/lining, and restoration. This part of YY 0271 also applies to manually mixed water-based sealants or mechanically mixed capsule-based water-based sealants.
This part specifies limits for each performance based on whether it is intended to be used as a bonding agent, base preparation or lining material, or restoration material. This part does not apply to resin-modified water-based sealants.
