YY/T 0165-2016 Medical heating pad therapy equipment

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of heat pad therapy devices.
This standard applies to heat pad therapy devices defined in 3.1 (hereinafter referred to as therapy devices).
This standard does not apply to the following equipment:
--Thermal magnetic vibrator therapy equipment;
--Equipment used by people who lack self-care ability and may experience uncontrollable heating (YY 0834-2011);
--Medical temperature-controlled blanket-type equipment.
