Scope

This document specifies the general requirements, system architecture, functional requirements, interface model, and testing methods for implementing the electrical misoperation prevention function in substation monitoring systems. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of electrical misoperation prevention functions in substation monitoring systems with voltage levels of 110 (66) kV and above. Substation monitoring systems with voltage levels of 35 kV and below can refer to this document for implementation.
