Scope

This document specifies the main types of documents and element requirements used in the online consultation, online mediation, and online arbitration processes for cross-border e-commerce dispute resolution, as well as information security requirements, and describes the corresponding verification methods.
This document applies to situations where consumers resolve disputes through third-party online dispute resolution platforms after purchasing products or services from cross-border e-commerce platforms and websites operating within China, as well as the planning, design, development, and application of online dispute resolution platforms. Litigation procedures are not applicable to this document.
