Scope

This document is applicable to communication facility operation and maintenance personnel when working near radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (such as wireless communication base stations, microwave stations, etc.), providing them with correct safety protection guidelines; and to network operation and maintenance workers who may need to work in close proximity to radiofrequency emission sources (such as transmitting antennas). This document is also applicable to providing correct safety protection guidelines and work procedure guidance for pregnant women and professional workers with implanted or external medical devices (including active or passive devices) when facing electromagnetic field exposure.
