Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and safety of trimethylindium.
This standard applies to trimethylindium prepared by three chemical synthesis methods: indium-magnesium alloy method, indium trichloride method, and Grätzel reagent method, and purified after refining. This product is mainly used for growing compound semiconductor thin film materials and so on.
