This document describes a method for detecting and evaluating the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in RAW264.7 macrophages exposed to nanomaterials, nanoparticles, and their aggregates using 5-(6)-chloromethyl-2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (CMH2DCFDA). This document is applicable to detection using 24-well plates. If using other plates, it is necessary to adjust the sample volume and verify the effectiveness of the operating steps to ensure the reliability of the detection results.
