Scope
This document specifies the general security requirements and extended security requirements for Level 1 to Level 4 protection objects of broadcast and television network security. This document is applicable to guiding the security construction and supervision and management of non-confidential objects at different levels. For networks involving state secrets, they shall be protected in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards of the national confidentiality work departments. Note: Level 5 protection objects are very important supervision and management objects, and they have special management modes and security requirements, so they are not described in this document.
