Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection, packaging, transportation, and storage of intelligent lighting energy-saving devices (hereinafter referred to as energy-saving devices).
This standard applies to energy-saving devices with a rated voltage not exceeding 400 V, a rated frequency of 50/60 Hz, and a rated capacity not exceeding 2,500 kVA.
