Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, sampling and inspection rules, and storage and use of coal-based synthetic natural gas for vehicles. This standard applies to coal-based synthetic natural gas with a pressure not exceeding 25 MPa, used as a vehicle fuel, including the hydrogen-rich gas obtained after the separation of synthetic natural gas, but excluding vehicle natural gas made from extracted natural gas as a raw material.
