Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for analyzing the morphology, elemental composition, catalysts, and other inorganic impurities of raw single-walled carbon nanotubes and purified powders or film products using SEM and EDX.
This standard is applicable to the characterization of single-walled carbon nanotubes and can also be used for the characterization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs).
