本文件规定了金属及其化合物粉末费氏粒度的测定方法。
本文件适用于粉末粒度为0.5 μm～50 μm的金属及其化合物（碳化物、氮化物和氧化物等）粉末费氏粒度的测定。
本文件不适用于轴对称性差、不规则形状（如薄片状和纤维状等）的粉末颗粒，也不适用于不同粉末的混合物以及含有粘接剂或润滑剂的粉末。如需采用，由相关方协商后采用。
