Scope

This standard applies to the completion and final acceptance of hydrological construction projects such as rainfall stations, water level stations, soil moisture stations, evaporation stations, hydrological stations, hydrological monitoring bases, emergency monitoring teams, water quality analysis laboratories, flood forecasting centers, and hydrological information centers with an investment of more than 2 million yuan in Chongqing City. Hydrological construction projects with an investment of less than 2 million yuan can refer to this regulation for simplified implementation.
