Scope
It is suitable for the determination of the reference temperature T0 of ferritic steel with a specified room temperature plastic elongation strength of 275MPa to 825MPa used in nuclear power plants, as well as the determination of the reference temperature T0 of weld metal that has undergone stress relief heat treatment and whose tensile strength difference from the base material does not exceed 10%.
