Scope
This document specifies the assessment indicators for the technical condition of rural roads, the detection and assessment of the technical condition of roadbeds, the detection and assessment of the technical condition of road surfaces, the detection and assessment of the technical condition of bridge and tunnel structures, the detection and assessment of the technical condition of facilities along the route, and the implementation requirements for the comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of rural roads. This document is applicable to the assessment of the technical condition of rural roads with a technical grade of Class IV and below. Rural roads with a technical grade of Class III may refer to this document for implementation. Rural roads with a technical grade of Class II and above shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of JTG 5210.
