Scope

本文件规定了在统计学框架下将试验曲线拟合为参考模型的方法，并明确了拟合后残差偏差的评估准则。该参考模型亦能作为维持产品质量的目标粒度分布依据。
本文件适用于以下参考模型的拟合过程：
a）正态分布（拉普拉斯-高斯分布）：适用于沉淀法、冷凝法制得的粉末或天然产物（如花粉）；
b）对数正态分布（高尔顿马卡利斯特分布）：适用于研磨或破碎制得的粉末；
c）盖茨-高登-舒兹曼分布（双对数坐标系）：适用于细颗粒分布极值分析；
d）罗辛-拉姆勒分布：适用于粗颗粒分布极值分析；
e）其他任意模型或组合模型（若采用非线性拟合法，见附录C的双峰分布示例）。
