1.0.1 This specification is formulated to standardize the technical inspection and testing management activities of civil engineering construction projects in the power industry, ensure the quality of inspection and testing, and improve the level of inspection and testing. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the technical inspection and testing of civil engineering construction projects such as thermal power generation, new energy power generation, nuclear power conventional islands, and power transmission and transformation. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this specification, the technical inspection and testing of civil engineering construction projects in the power industry shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
