Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and models, operating conditions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of microcomputer-controlled frequency-regulated water supply equipment.
This standard applies to microcomputer-controlled frequency-regulated water supply equipment used in domestic and industrial water supply systems with a working pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa and a water temperature not exceeding 80 °C.
This standard does not apply to frequency-regulated water supply equipment that uses frequency-controlled motors or water pumps integrated with frequency converters, or fire-fighting water supply equipment.
