Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging for the load-free operation test device of manual hoists. This document is applicable to the load-free operation test device of manual hoists (hereinafter referred to as the test device) used for conducting load-free operation tests on manual hoists with a rated lifting weight of not more than 10 tons.
