Scope
This document specifies the method for performance testing of integrated gasification combined cycle power generation units (hereinafter referred to as IGCC units). This document is applicable to IGCC units that generate electric energy from fossil fuels, and also to IGCC units that simultaneously generate electric energy, thermal energy, and gaseous fuels. This document is not applicable to adjustment tests of IGCC units.
