Scope

This part of GB/T 21412 specifies the technical requirements for the design and manufacture of adhesive flexible pipes in terms of safety, dimensions, and functionality. A typical illustration of an adhesive flexible pipe is shown in Figure 1. The minimum requirements for the design, material selection, manufacture, testing, marking, and packaging of adhesive flexible pipes are referenced in existing specifications and standards. Guidelines for flexible pipes and associated components can be found in API RP 17B.
