GB/T 21412.11-2019 Petroleum and natural gas industries—Design and operation of subsea production systems—Part 11:Recommended practice for flexible pipe
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 21412 specifies the basic requirements for the design, material selection, prototype testing, manufacturing, loading and unloading, transportation, installation, recovery, and reuse of flexible pipe systems in underwater production systems, as well as integrity management.
This part applies to flexible pipe systems and their ancillary components, including the flexible pipe body and the end fittings connected to its two ends. It is suitable for static and dynamic bonded and non-bonded flexible pipes, such as oil outlet pipes, risers, cross-connection pipes, and other temporary applications of flexible pipes, and can also be used in offshore oil discharge systems.
This part does not apply to flexible pipes for flow restrictors, well control pipes, or umbilical cables and control pipelines.
