Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the construction quality of floating photovoltaic power stations and ensure the safety of their construction, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the construction control of new, renovated, and expanded floating photovoltaic power stations on water. 1.0.3 Before the construction of floating photovoltaic power stations, construction organization design, special construction plans, and special emergency response plans should be prepared based on the actual situation of the project, boundary conditions, hydrological and meteorological conditions, underwater geomorphology and geology, water environment protection, soil and water conservation, construction machinery, and other factors. 1.0.4 The construction of floating photovoltaic power stations shall, in addition to complying with these regulations, also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
