Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for the evaluation of the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation resources, including data collection, calculation of utilization rate, and analysis and evaluation. This document is applicable to new, renovated, and expanded photovoltaic power stations that are connected to the grid at a voltage level of 10kV or higher. Photovoltaic power stations equipped with energy storage systems may refer to and implement this document accordingly.
