Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for determining the lost workdays of injuries in the investigation of production safety accidents, and the corresponding lost workdays for trunk and limb injuries, eye injuries, nose injuries, ear injuries, oral and maxillofacial injuries, scalp and brain injuries, neck injuries, chest injuries, abdominal injuries, urinary and genital organ injuries, occupational acute poisoning, burns, and other injuries. It also provides requirements for the application of the results. This document is applicable to the calculation of lost workdays for accident victims and the rapid determination of minor or serious injuries in the investigation of production safety accidents. This document is not applicable to the calculation and statistics of actual lost work time, hospitalization time, work suspension and compensation period, and work-related injury insurance claim amounts. Note: In this document, "production safety accidents" is referred to as "accidents" for short.
