Scope
GB/T 37312的本部分定义了航空航天、国防及其他高性能应用领域(ADHP)中通用商用货架产品(COTS)集成电路与分立半导体器件的最低要求。
本部分适用于ADHP应用中在公开数据手册规定的额定参数范围内正常工作、并符合IEC TS 62239-1(ECMP)标准的所有器件。本部分也可适用于其他行业采用的高可靠、高性能器件，但需要甄别使用。
除了符合本部分外，还需依据相应的ECMP程序文件，改进设计产品或进一步开展试验以验证其满足ADHP应用要求的适宜性。另外符合IEC TS 62564-1标准的器件也可能更加满足ADHP应用要求。
