Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the types, dimensions, and tolerances of rolling wheels for ordinary threads, as well as technical requirements, marking, and packaging. This standard applies to rolling wheels used in the processing of ordinary threads (GB/T 192–193, GB/T 196–197). Rolling wheels are divided into three accuracy grades: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Grade 1 is suitable for processing external threads with tolerance grades of 4 and 5; Grade 2 is suitable for processing external threads with tolerance grades of 5 and 6; and Grade 3 is suitable for processing external threads with tolerance grades of 6 and 7.
