Scope
This standard specifies the method of preparing PVC paste using a disperser. The rheological properties of the prepared paste can be used to characterize the properties of the corresponding polyvinyl chloride, and it can also be used as a method to establish consistency among different products. This method can also be used to prepare paste containing other components (such as stabilizers), but such paste cannot be used for naming resins.
