Scope

This standard specifies the determination method for the content of trace elements in high-purity titanium, and the elements to be determined are listed in Table 1. This standard is applicable to the determination of trace element contents in high-purity titanium. The determination range for each element is 1.0 μg/kg to 5,000 μg/kg.
