Scope
This standard specifies the determination methods for the amounts of lithium, beryllium, boron, chromium, titanium, vanadium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, gallium, arsenic, strontium, zirconium, tantalum, niobium, molybdenum, cadmium, antimony, hafnium, lead, and bismuth in high-purity tungsten.
This standard is applicable to the determination of trace impurities in high-purity tungsten, with a measurement range of 0.0001% to 0.010%.
