Scope

GB/T 1634的本部分内容规定了三种使用不同恒定弯曲应力值测定塑料（包括填充塑料和以长度小于7.5 mm纤维增强的塑料）和硬橡胶的负荷变形温度。 --使用1.80 MPa弯曲应力的A法； --使用0.45 MPa弯曲应力的B法； --使用8.00 MPa弯曲应力的C法。测定负荷变形温度所使用的标准挠度Δs对应于本部分所规定的弯曲应变增量Δεf。试样在室温时由于承受负荷而产生的初始弯曲应变在本部分内容中既没有说明，也不能测量。弯曲应变差值对初始弯曲应变的比率取决于受试材料的室温弹性模量。因此，本方法仅适用于对室温弹性性能相似材料的负荷变形温度进行比较。
