GB/T 20730.2-2019 Instruments with analogue inputs and two-or multi-state outputs for use in industrial-process control systems—Part 2:Guidance for inspection and routine testing
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 20730 provides guidelines for the inspection and routine testing of electric and pneumatic instruments with two or more outputs, such as acceptance tests or tests after repair. This part can be used in conjunction with IEC 610031:2016, GB/T 18271.2-2017, and GB/T 18271.3-2017.
This part of GB/T 20730 applies to electric and pneumatic industrial process instruments that measure continuous signals. Their setpoints can be either mechanical quantities (such as position, force, etc.) or standard signals. These instruments can be used as controllers, alarm switches, or for other similar purposes.
The quantitative criteria for acceptable performance of the instruments are determined through consultation between the manufacturer and the user, and the tests conducted are described in the test report. The manufacturer and the user can reach an agreement on adopting the requirements of this part.
