Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the security design of first-level to fourth-level protection objects in network security. This standard is applicable to guiding operating units, network security enterprises, and network security service institutions in the design and implementation of network security protection technical solutions, and can also be used as a basis for supervision, inspection, and guidance by network security functional departments. Note: The fifth-level protection objects are very important supervision and management objects, and have special management modes and security design technical requirements, so they are not described in this standard.
