Scope

This standard specifies the calibration method for digital image fiber fineness analyzers (hereinafter referred to as fineness analyzers) composed of microscopes, photoelectric conversion devices (such as CCD cameras), and digital processing software. It is applicable to the calibration of newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired fineness analyzers. The calibration of other fineness analyzers with the same or similar structures can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
