Scope
This standard specifies the test method for determining the diameter of wool fibers using a projection microscope. This standard is applicable to various types of wool fibers and wool fibers that have undergone various processing treatments without significant deformation of their cross-sections, as well as other fibers with cross-sections that are nearly circular.
