Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, repackaging requirements, distribution requirements, user storage requirements, usage requirements, safe operation and maintenance, and emergency response measures for the use of alcohol-based liquid fuels in catering establishments. This document is only applicable to storage and distribution stations, repackaging stations, distribution stations, transportation units, and catering business units (including construction sites, schools, enterprises, government canteens, restaurants, hotels, teahouses, etc.) within the jurisdiction of Honghe Prefecture. It is not applicable to areas such as cultural and historical buildings, wooden structures, high-rise buildings, large commercial complexes, and facilities installed in enclosed rooms on the ground, basements, and semi-basements.
