Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, wastewater quality, general requirements, treatment processes and technologies, secondary pollutant control requirements, process equipment requirements, detection and process control requirements, auxiliary facilities requirements, and operation and maintenance requirements for the deep treatment of comprehensive wastewater in steel enterprises. This standard applies to the deep treatment of production wastewater from steel enterprises that include sintering pelletizing, ironmaking, steelmaking, hot rolling, power generation, and other processes, or wastewater mixed with cold rolling, coking deep treatment-compliant wastewater, and domestic sewage (not exceeding 30%) that cannot be recycled or directly discharged after primary or secondary treatment.
