Scope

In addition to the following amendments, the provisions of Part 1 apply:
Replace the first paragraph with the following content:
This part applies to residual current operated circuit breakers (RCCBs) for household and similar purposes without overcurrent protection, whose rated voltage does not exceed 440V and rated current does not exceed 125A, and whose protective function against electric shock is mainly independent of the power supply voltage.
