本文件描述了携号转网服务业务的测试方法，包括基本业务测试（包括点对点语音业务、点对点短消息业务、点对点多媒体消息业务、5G个人消息业务（可选）），以及非点对点短消息业务、平台语音业务和电信业务话费充值/缴费服务测试。其中基本业务测试包含本地、长途（省际、国际）和漫游等测试场景，非点对点短消息业务、平台语音业务和电信业务话费充值/缴费服务都分别包含对运营企业和SP/第三方平台的测试 本文件适用于携号转网服务的业务测试，其他网内业务测试由企业内部自行组织测试
