Scope
This standard specifies two detection methods for benzene, toluene, and xylene in printing wastewater, namely gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). This standard is applicable to the determination of benzene, toluene, and xylene in printing wastewater. The detection limit of the gas chromatography method in this standard is 5.0 mg/kg, and the detection limit of the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method is 0.5 mg/kg.
