Scope
This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of isoflavones (daidzein, genistein, daidzein aglycone, genistein aglycone, pterostilbene, and genistin) in soybean products.
This standard is applicable to the determination of isoflavone content in raw soybeans and soybean products such as soy milk, tofu, and fermented bean curd.
The linear range of the test method in this standard is 0.5μg/mL to 100μg/mL.
The detection limit of the test method in this standard is 2.5μg/kg.
