Scope

This standard specifies the marking, requirements, dimensions, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of stainless steel composite steel pipes (referred to as composite pipes) produced by composite processes such as reducing diameter, cold expansion, detonation, or brazing methods.
This standard applies to composite steel pipes with a working pressure not exceeding 2.0 MPa and a nominal diameter not exceeding 500 mm, which are used for conveying low-pressure fluids such as cold and hot water, drinking water, fire water supply, gas, air, oil, and steam, or for other purposes.
