This part of GB/T 19068 specifies the requirements and methods for testing small wind power generators (hereinafter referred to as "generators") in low-speed wind tunnels.
This part is applicable to small wind power generators with an output power of less than 10 kW. The appraisal and evaluation of other forms of wind energy conversion devices can also be used for reference.
