Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for rubber antioxidant N-1,3-dimethylbutyl-N′-phenyl-phenylenediamine (referred to as rubber antioxidant 6PPD).
This standard applies to rubber antioxidant 6PPD, which is prepared by condensation and reduction of 4-aminodiphenylamine with methyl isobutyl ketone in the presence of a catalyst.
