Scope

This standard specifies the methodological principles, instruments and equipment, test materials, cement-sand composition, specimen molding, specimen curing and measurement, calculation and result processing for the test method of cement resistance to sulfate erosion. This standard includes two test methods: the potential expansion performance test method and the immersion resistance performance test method. Among them, the potential expansion performance test method (P method) is suitable for silicate cement and other types of cement specified to adopt this method. The immersion resistance performance test method (K method) is suitable for the cement specified to adopt this method.
